The deathloop is a puzzle in the form of a cassette tape. It has been designed to be difficult and frustrating, but solvable. This article will walk you through the steps for completing this puzzle so that you can enjoy it’s full potential.
The deathloop gas puzzle is a challenge that has been present for a while. It has been solved by many people, but not everyone was able to complete it. This article will show you how to complete the puzzle.
You may access the bunker where Charlie and Fia meet up at Fristad Rock during the day by solving the cassette problem in Deathloop. Not only will you be able to kill both Visionaries at the same time, but you will also get the Dangerous Liasion trophy and achievement for finishing the Afternoon Delight lead.
Here’s how to locate and solve the Deathloop tape problem. This guide also covers all of Fia’s bunker’s pictogram locations.
Where to Look for the Cassette Puzzle
You’ll discover a photo of Fia and Charlie on Charlie’s bed when you visit his room in Updaam in the morning, giving you the Search Fristad Shore lead.
In the afternoon, go there and leave the tunnels through the right entrance. In the next section, at the pink smoke, take the right route. Continue past the shipping container and down to the location with the crane on the water’s edge.
Continue to the right and descend to the beach. When the beach juts out into the sea, keep going straight (there are two buoys here). Near the end of the walkway, look to the left for a door with the number “09” inscribed on it.
Follow the route through the shattered wall after passing through the door. The Order of Operations book will be on the tape puzzle in front of you. To obtain the safe code for Charlie’s cache at Karl’s Bay near the Yerhva terminal, read the book.
In the afternoon, go there and finish “Find the Cipher.” As a result, you will get the book Aesthetics Are Key. The four riddles in that book will take you to each of your four pictograms in Fia’s bunker, allowing you to complete the tape problem.
Locations of Pictograms
In Fia’s Bunker, all of these pictograms are in the same place. There are a total of 14 of them, but you’ll only need four to complete the puzzle. Your game will determine which four you need.
Open the Visionary Leads submenu and look at the four hints in the Afternoon Delight lead to discover which ones you need. I’ve arranged them in chronological order, starting at the bunker’s back door, and labeled the four I had in my game with the hints that go with them.
Pictogram number one
This one is on the bunker’s floor, right inside the door in front of the crates, just inside the door.
Pictogram number two (Ogles the Rear Entrance)
To the right of the first piece of art is this pictogram. It’s to the left of the speaker on the wall, above the chamber where you receive the delivery booth code.
#3 Pictogram
This one is in the changing room at the bunker’s back door. If you enter from the back, it’s to the left of the station; if you enter from the reactor room, it’s to the right of the health station.
Pictogram number four
From the lockers, exit the door leading into the reactor room. Drop down to the terminal below via the gap in the railing. Turn around and walk behind the vertical terminals to the right of the cardboard box. It may be found on the floor if you turn right.
#5 Pictogram
This pictogram may be found in the reactor room, which is a huge open space in the bunker packed with computers and terminals behind the reactor.
(Marks Fia’s Stage Exit) Pictogram #6
This one is in the reactor room as well. To locate Overshadowed by Fia’s Shimmering Masterpiece on the other wall, turn 180 degrees. It’s immediately beyond the door labelled “Forever Young” if you’re entering from the entrance of the bunker.
#7 Pictogram (Tends the Main Hall)
This symbol may be seen in the main hall, near the bunker’s front door. It’s just in front of the “Forever Young” entrance. A forklift is parked in the center of the walkway, directly next to the wall art.
#8 Pictogram
Continue straight forward toward the illumination from the last one. Turn left after passing through the huge bunker entrance immediately behind it. This one is adjacent to the orange wall switch box.
#9 Pictogram
Turn right after exiting the door. Turn right after hacking the security camera out of the way. Turn right immediately inside the bunker entrance after passing through it. This one is a floor painting.
#10 Pictogram
Turn around and go approach the vehicle in the repair bay with the words “Let Yourself” printed on corrugated steel propped up on the rear. To locate this one, go down into the bay in front of the truck and check on the vehicle’s underbelly.
11th pictogram
Exit the repair bay and go to the door directly front of you (the one that was guarded by the security camera). Open the entrance and immediately turn right. It’s on the right side of the room.
12th pictogram
Turn right after exiting the chamber at the top. The following pictogram will be visible in the guarded room in front of you. You may use a battery to open the door if you have one. If you can’t go inside, fire the lasers and use Shift.
13th pictogram (Lubricates the Shaft)
Turn left with Wants for Power to your back. Smash through the obstructing boors, turn 180 degrees, and gaze above. This piece of art is prominently displayed on the wall. To interact with the tiny catwalk, use Shift to climb up on it.
#14 Pictogram
Turn around and gaze up to the right from the previous one. Climb up to the room above by pressing Shift and jumping twice. After passing the first tiny set of steps, take the route to the left and turn right. Another set of stairs leads up, as well as a pictogram painted on the wall.
Solution to the Cassette Puzzle
In the afternoon, return to the Fristad beach meeting place. The blueprint on the right side of the terminal will show you which tapes you need to deal with depending on the pictograms connected with them; each pictogram correlates to a tape number. My code, for example, was 25-08-24-41.
Once you’ve inserted the proper cassettes, a door in the room’s rear right corner will open, allowing you access to the pumping station’s shaft. To get to the bottom, press Shift.
After finishing Afternoon Delight, you’ll get the Dangerous Liaison trophy and achievement. In the afternoon, return to the hideout to discover Charlie and Fia on the top catwalk. You may turn them on anyway you like or use the lever in the pump control room to flood the area to kill them, but escaping yourself is a hassle.
You now know how to locate all of the pictograms and solve the cassette problem in Deathloop, regardless of how you did it. Consider visiting our guides center for additional information on how to get all of the game’s half-naked characters, as well as items like the Heritage Gun.
The death loop is a puzzle that was released in the 1980s. It consists of three cassette tapes with one tape on each side, and one in the middle. The goal is to move all three tapes into their respective slots without placing them upside down or having any two tapes touch.
